Would you like to see street lighting like this?
Instead of individual lights you could have a single tube that flows through towns and cities and glows with a pale green translucency,
It could also be used as a rail on a monorail system, the train sort of wrapping itself around the rail
The rail runs through the train and lights the interior of the train of an evening thereby saving on costs and energy and providing a transport service that would traverse the town
The only exception to this is the driving compartment which is slung underneath the rail at the front of the vehicle
The whole train could be styled in a modern hi-tech way and the interiors could be comfortable and luxurious
It could be finished in a warm grey tone with translucent trim
