Can birth control pills cause you to have green colored stools?
I started taking birth control pills about 2 weeks ago and for the last 2 days i ve had green stools! What is wrong with me? Could that be some kind of a side effect from the pills? I have no pain and i feel good in general. My appetite hasn’t changed and my energy levels remain the same just this green color really worries me. Does anybody know? Oh and just to mention it, i do not really eat a lot of green foods and i do not take any supplements or vitamins. The birth control are the only pills i take. Thanks everyone.
Read the side effects in the paper that came with it, if it do not say anything about it, call your doctor and he will give you the correct answer. Also different b-pills have different side effects.
