Grants For Green Energy Projects

grants for green energy projects
why didn’t the demos do this instead of funding and wasting billions in stimulus ?

would of building say 787 power stations with the stimulus have worked better ,they could of been solar ,wind ,geo thermal, wave, hydro etc all 1 billion dollar projects .each would of created a boom for each state by creating construction jobs to build them over a decade and manufacturing jobs to create the needed Supply and jobs to operate and repair the plant, also each would be self funding in the end not only paying for its own repair and upgrades and payroll but creating green jobs and making a big dent into our nation becoming green energy self suffecent. with 787 billion we could of built 787 small power plants or about 15 per state that’s a lot of jobs a lot of power .granted it would have not funded any special interest groups but it would of solved a lot of issues .or im i wrong is this just to simple for congress and the president to understand ?

Other than laying the blame exclusively with democrats,I agree with you.

. . . does the guy above me really think powerplants cost 78 BILLION each?
